NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM
The practice has installed a new telephone system. This will provide extra lines for improved communications both in and out of the practice. For training and verification purposes, calls will be recorded and retained for a period of 12 months prior to deletion.
ON-LINE ACCESS
Calls to the practice for clinical or administrative reasons can also be handled by our online Klinik system. This is for non-urgent communications for a response during opening hours. Response times by an appropriate member of our team will depend on submission times.
KLINIK - ONLINE ACCESS TO SERVICESCCTV
For security reasons and to protect patients, a CCTV system has been installed at our Winterton and Burton-upon-Stather surgeries. These cameras will record external activity and data will be retained for a period of 30 days.

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
We are now providing video consultations with a leading online GP provider - Push Doctor. This means there will be more availability to access NHS GPs via video appointment at a time and place that suits you. The practice remains open as normal for telephone and face-to-face consultations, if preferred.
